Judy has been in real estate for two-and-half years in this area; however, she has owned a home in Holiday Island for 23 years, and lived there full time since 1999. Judy hopes to become a Holiday Island specialist, being familiar with the covenants/restrictions of that golfing community. The QUIET truly is BEAUTIFUL there!  Holiday Island is adjacent to beautiful historic Eureka Springs.

Previous to Judy’s permanent relocation to Holiday Island, she was the Executive Secretary/Office Manager to staff of 60 and served under two Presidents of First Excess & Reinsurance Corporation, division of Employers Reinsurance of Overland Park, KS and owned by General Electric Coporation. Judy’s organizational skills earned her the nickname in the office of "General Judy". She knew how to get things accomplished.  Judy works hard to find an answer to every question her clients have!

In June, 2009, Judy completed her EcoBroker Certified course.  She is familiar with the "green movement" happening in many states and the likelihood of "green thinking"  to become a factor in providing more  "green" communities in Arkansas.  Combining attributes of energy efficiency, recycled materials in the building industry to the ideal placement of a house on a lot are just a few of the subjects she is now familiar with.

Judy is also past President of the H.I. MADD HATTERS Red Hat ladies. Her hope is to build your confidence in letting her list your residence - or locate a home of your dreams. SERVICE is utmost.
